Cancellation Policy

Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time the order is placed to reserve your pickup date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled 7+ days before pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled 3–6 days before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Orders canceled within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable due to preparation time, ingredients, and reserved production space.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Custom & Specialty Cakes

  • Highly customized cakes, themed cakes, or specialty orders may become non-refundable once design work has begun or specialty supplies have been purchased.

Pickup Policy

  • Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window.

  • Cakes left unclaimed after 24 hours may be discarded and are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate date changes with advance notice.

  • Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of pickup are not guaranteed.

Fulfillment and Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom orders, seasonal items, and cakes may require additional processing time.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (if provided).

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Perishable Items

  • Because our products are made with fresh ingredients and limited preservatives, we recommend bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, or spoilage caused by shipping carrier delays, weather, or packages left outside after delivery.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup orders will receive a notification when the order is ready.

  • Pickup orders should be collected within 24 hours unless other arrangements have been made.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can assist you.

  • While we take precautions, our kitchen may process common allergens including peanut butter, dairy, wheat, eggs, coconut, and other ingredients.

  • We cannot guarantee products are completely allergen-free.

  • If your pet has food sensitivities or medical conditions, consult your veterinarian before feeding new treats.
